Who you can sponsor in SOC code 2314

Health and education jobs on national pay scales follow the scale, not the £41,700 floor most jobs need. The rate for each band and grade is in Tables 4 and 5 of the Appendix Skilled Occupations; the NHS Agenda for Change bands are in the band table on our SOC codes page.

The code is not on the Health and Care Worker visa list, so the worker comes on the standard Skilled Worker visa.
